What We Do

Bill Humbert and Pinnacle Leadership has been providing educational and entertaining programs that you can implement with your school group for the development of student leadership and self-esteem. Our dynamic and exciting personal leadership programs demonstrate the positive ways to deal with yourself and others. The programs are designed for anyone who wants to be a leader in life. This is a tremendous program for any school group such as band, orchestra, choir, DECA, Student Council, or any other student group. Bill will work with you to personalize a session just for your students. You can also combine your group with other student groups in your area and create a complete leadership experience for all of you. Experiencing this fast-paced, entertaining and fun educational activity will enhance the participant’s own self-awareness of how they can succeed.

History of Pinnacle Leadership

Pinnacle Leadership began in the summer of 1994 when Bill Humbert and a small group of music educators began a 3-day camp to provide training and preparation for high school drum majors. That summer camp is now called “The Arizona Leadership Conference” and serves over 200 high school students every summer in preparation for their upcoming school year.

Since 1994, Pinnacle Leadership has grown and currently provides leadership training for high school students throughout Arizona, and other western states. Bill also provides school workshop sessions for music groups, student councils, and other school organizations. He has been a speaker at camps and conferences throughout Arizona, Oregon, and Texas. He is in high demand as a guest speaker, conference clinician, and music adjudicator and clinician.
